HHALCH-40 Al-foil container production line

                                                       Introduction

The Al-foil container production line is the perfect one to manufacturing Al-foil container, this line include: automatic coiler, high accuracy press, die and simplified collector (optional)。

Feeding is controlled by step-forward system, we can use the setting length as well as color label tracing, it provide accurate positioning and wide adjusting range。

The accurate press adopt steel plates joining body, electromagnetism to regulate, electric machinery to control the speed, dry type friction clutch to clutch-on-off, rigid over-load protector to protect the press。In short, this is a high accuracy and reliability press.We use high quality die steel to build the die, and it have the function of edge trimming and curling, forming the Al-foil container at one time.
